Our Services
theBrand provides visual identity and design services including but not limited to:
- Brand identity & logo design
- Brand refresh
- Print & digital artwork
- Book cover design
Project Agreement
All projects are initiated upon written confirmation and receipt of a 50% deposit. Work begins only after payment is received and project brief is approved by the client.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to start
- Remaining 50% due upon final delivery
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (4 installments)
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your selected package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted separately.
Ownership & Rights
Full ownership of the final design is transferred to the client upon receipt of complete payment. theBrand retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced:
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Any completed work up to that point remains the property of theBrand
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project briefs
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Ensuring all supplied content is legally owned or licensed
Limitation of Liability
theBrand is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs. Our liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
